I am very sorry for your difficulties. This is the first communication that I've received from you. I would make a couple points:
- This forum is provided for the purposes of communication and as such is being answered immediately.
- There is also a contact page on the website that can be used for communication.
- My phone numbers are plainly listed on the contacts page.
- With regard to standard e-mail, I try to respond to all e-mails within 36 hours and generally succeed. It is possible that an e-mail may get lost or end up deleted by a spam filter. Please understand that I have a total of four websites and receive literally thousands of spam e-mails every day and cannot possibly sort through them manually. There are also many reasons for e-mails to fail that are completely outside the span of my control. This is why I provide the preceding methods of contact.
These methods of communication almost never fail. With few exceptions, I respond as quickly as I am able to all users of the software irrespective of whether they are paid customers are not.
Now, with respect to forgetting your password, you can try the defaults:
username: Administrator
password: master
If this does not work, please feel free to e-mail me the trackpro.MDB file or you can upload it to me by using the attachment feature of this forum. If you have not deleted the trackpro.MDB file from the original installation, I will be able to recover the password for you. It is my intention to make your stay at camp Trackpro as happy as possible. I will do my best to eradicate mosquitos, tics or any other bugs as soon as they make themselves apprarent.
