Is TrackPro really free for small companies? Probably, as long as you don't track more than 150 items and don't have multiple users. |

I am having trouble installing TrackPro, what's happening? If your computer is on a network, you must have "Administrator" or "Power User" rights to install TrackPro. If you don't have these rights call your network administrator for assistance. |

How do I purchase TrackPro? Obtain a purchase order number and call Al Weisenborn at (305) 829-3437. I will supply you with the necessary unlocking codes when you call. |

How can I export data from TrackPro? You can export the data from any TrackPro report by
clicking the "Export Button"

How can you assign multiple actions to an item? Select any item to be a master item. Enter the master item number into the "Part of Item" on the "More Info" tab. For complete details please see click here. |

How can I set up multiple file links from a single action item? You can't; however, you can link to a directory that contains the files that you would like to link. This accomplishes the same thing. For more information click here. |

What is this software called Crystal Reports? Crystal Reports is software that TrackPro uses to format, display, and print reports. TrackPro contains most reports that a company might want. If you want to create your own reports you can try to persuade me to do it or you can purchase Crystal Reports Professional Version 8.5. Any report that you create using Crystal Reports can be easily integrated with TrackPro. For more information on Crystal Reports click here. |

I don't remember the default password, what is it? The default user name is Administrator, the default password is master. You should change the password immediately after installing TrackPro. If you forget your password, send me the data file and I will recover the password for you provided you agree to pay for lunch should I ever visit your city. |
