TrackPro Screen Shots
This page contains some screen shots of some of the more commonly used screens in
TrackPro. This page may take a few seconds to load because the screen shots are fairly
large - so relax and rest for a moment.

Form View (Best viewed at 1024x768)
Four views are immediately accessible on the main screen:
Form View, Item List, History, and Super Find. All the views
are shown below. The Form View provides a quick reference to general information
about an item. Store a hypertext file link, name your own fields. The
choice is yours. Do you ever wonder how to manage multiple items on the on the
same piece of equipment? Use the "Part Of" field to attach an item to a master
item. For example an injection molding press may have thermocouples, temperature
readouts, pressure gauges or transducers, timers, maintenance procedures. etc.
Using the part of field will allow you to report on a piece of equipment
hierarchically.

Item List
The item list is easily sorted by clicking on the header for each field. The field
widths and positions are adjustable to your preference. TrackPro will remember your
settings. Selection of a record in the Item
List will cause the Form
View to move to that record also. Past Due Items are shown in red, inactive
items in gray, and almost due items in orange.Your item is never more than a sort and a click away.

History View
An Item's History View will allow you to quickly check the
history of that item. You may sort on any column by clicking the column header.

Super Find View
Everybody likes to find a piece of equipment a different
way. Well, here's away that maybe you haven't seen before. Group your equipment
by any of the choices shown. Scan the tree-view items. Open the node that you
think contains the item. Select the item and go back to the Item View and your
there.

Find Utility
If you don't like the above method you can use something
more conventional.

Get Back (In) Screen
TrackPro permits you to easily record such actions as
receiving an item back from an external
agency for calibration. The screen below records that an item has been
received. The date
and user name are automatically recorded. Similar screens exist for
sending equipment
out and the recording of in-house calibration or maintenance activities.

Add Item Wizard
When you create a new item for calibration or maintenance, the TrackPro Wizard will
guide you every step of the way. The screen shot below shows the entry of scheduling
information. All information is easily reviewed and confirmed prior to final entry in the
database. You can change your mind at any time.
